I have been asked to join a Ziff Davis eSeminar on BPM. The program title is “Gain More Control Over Your Organization Through Business Process Management.” I have many examples and probably even more thoughts on this topic, but will be limited in time as I am one of several speakers. Therefore, I plan to focus on just one area. I’d rather be in-depth on a single point then to provide highlights of many.
Right now – I am thinking the best examples I can provide would be on how to start a process centric approach by identifying where the most gain can be obtained. The Process Centric Approach was recently mentioned by another BPM blogger, Sandy Kemsley in her post Processes "R" Us referencing an article by Terry Schurter of BPMG.
